The Industrial Doctorates plan has broadcasted a new webinar on September 17th in collaboration with the Bioinformatics Barcelona Association (BIB) and the Catalan Foundation for Research and Innovation (FCRI). The session was aimed at people from companies and institutions that promote applied innovation projects in bioinformatics, researchers from universities, research centers or technology centers and master's students who want to promote one or participate in it.
The session focused on how the experience of Industrial Doctorates combines applied research in bioinformatics, talent retention and innovation of our business fabric in collaboration with the country's research system. An important aspect during the session was to explain how participants can benefit from the advantages of this program. Details were also given on how Industrial Doctorates can help potential candidates or participants in applied research projects in bioinformatics, and on what are the interesting questions to access the grants provided.
The session also included the participation of Dr. Toni Manzano (CSO of the company Bigfinite Inc. ) who explained, from his experience in the sector, the best tools and experiences for innovating in bioinformatics.
