–> Constant disruptions in the supply chain affects the efficient decision making in all areas, the delivery time for the customer, working capital…
–> The demand planning is severely affected by this disruptions.
–> Demand forecasting strategy currently focused in the customer data and now we have the opportunity to switch to the Supply Chain data.
PROJECT
–> Comprehend the purchase process from the perspective of the customer and the effect the dealer has on it.
–> Influence on the commercial offer definition based on demand interest gathered from company’s car configurator webpage and external sources
–> Measure the influence of car’s cable tree and other restrictive elements in the supply chain
–> Influence in the prioritization of the car sent to production taking into account restrictions, production & sales volumes and revenue.
–> Set the basis for a supply chain’s digital twin .
