Descripció del projecte
This project will develop and implement non-intrusive monitoring methodologies to evaluate the state of load in terms of its maintenance, state and quality of electrical consumption in industrial factories. The analysis focuses mainly on the machine and line levels and considers devices of different nature (capacitive, resistive, inductive and nonlinear). As for the compositional devices that interact in a machine (or line of machines), their nonlinear phenomena, as well as their enormous variation in their electrical behaviour from the factory to factory, make it difficult to detect and disaggregate charges. In the same way, the different power stages make it difficult to model loads from a non-intrusive point of view by filtering their electrical behaviour with some relevance. Therefore, this problem invites exploration of the alternative of complementing the analysis with other types of physical signals and those of electrical consumption. Aingura IIoT has the required test benches to validate such strategies over machines and the production lines, which will be fully available for the doctoral project.
