Project description

This research project is based on the importance of evaluating the start-up of a company's process and the impact that the lack of planning of certain aspects has on its sustainability.

The start-up of a company, and its subsequent success, depends on not making planning mistakes that can be tangibilized from the experience of the person who has launched different projects. Within the world of startups, professionals who have lived experiences of starting up companies and who have extensive experience on how to plan growth, what common mistakes not to make and how to manage the making of certain transcendent decisions, the result of experience, are highly valued.

In this context, this experience is intended to focus on a model that analyzes beyond the value proposition and its environment. It is intended to create a model that allows simulating the start-up of a company and through key questions helps the entrepreneur to determine the dangers and weaknesses of the project that is about to start.

The objective is for entrepreneurs to have a model that does not evaluate the value proposition, but the subsequent execution that will be made of it from all possible business environments. From the generated model, a simulator will be created that will allow to assess the different areas of the company and assess critical points of its beginnings.

In this project, many multidisciplinary cases of companies that have been successfully launched and that will serve for the generation of the model will be valued.
