Founded in 1969, Fluidra has established itself as a world leader in the swimming pool and wellness sector, operating in almost fifty countries and with an annual turnover exceeding two billion euros. His participation in the Industrial Doctorate Program includes projects such as "C ontribution to the development of design methodologies for manufacturing with additive technologies " and " Sustainable analysis of the life cycle of swimming pools ". The projects developed by Fluidra in collaboration with the University of Vic - Universitat Central de Catalunya and the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya have been strategic in the company's success, highlighting the importance of collaboration between the academic sector and business
