The Government of Catalonia, in collaboration with the University of Lleida and the other Catalan universities, has launched the Industrial Doctorates Plan

21/06/2014

The Government of Catalonia, in collaboration with the University of Lleida and the other Catalan universities, has launched the Industrial Doctorates Plan, a strategy that aims to contribute to the competitiveness and internationalization of the Catalan industrial fabric, retain talent and place doctoral students in a position to develop R+D+I projects in a company. 'The Lleida Activa debate' dedicates this week a special program to this plan. Recorded in the Joan Oró Auditorium of the Lleida Agrifood Science and Technology Park, in the program we interview Joan Francesc Córdoba, member of the Executive Committee of the Industrial Doctorate Plan of the Generalitat. Then, an interactive round table with the audience completes the space. The table will be attended by Olga Martín, director of the Doctoral School of the UdL; Lorenzo Fraile, director of an industrial doctorate thesis at the UdL; Jaume Travé, lawyer and partner at Cuatrecasas, and Jordi Puiggalí, Vice President of Research and Security at SCYTL.
