Full house at the symposium 'Incentives for hiring research staff – Industrial Doctorates Plan»
More than 120 people from the Catalan industrial fabric took part today in the symposium 'Incentives for hiring research staff – Industrial Doctorates Plan and the PYME INNOVADORA seal', organised by ACCIÓ and held in the conference hall of the agency's headquarters in Barcelona.
The purpose of this symposium was to inform about the various tools available that facilitate the incorporation of qualified staff in companies to undertake R&D&I. Within this framework, the Industrial Doctorates Plan team explained to those present the features of the Plan and how it enables highly qualified professionals to be identified to carry out research projects of interest to companies.
The symposium not only dealt with the Industrial Doctorates Plan but also how to materialise the tax benefit associated with research projects, specifically the bases for applying reductions in social security payments. Also discussed were the compatibility criteria between the two types of incentive; the requirements, benefits and procedure for obtaining the PYME INNOVADORA seal; and ACCIÓ's accompanying programme for the application of tax incentives for innovation.
